Do we have to book all four steps?

No. Each step stands on its own. You can start with the initial consultation and then decide which step makes sense for you.

Do our employees need prior knowledge for the AI training?

No. We tailor the AI training to your team's level of knowledge and work with tasks that every person does every day anyway. Those who already have experience with AI deepen it with their own cases.

How long does the AI training take?

The in house AI training takes a full day and leaves time for difficult cases and your own data. The shorter AI literacy training takes half a day, on site or online.

Is AI training mandatory under the EU AI Act?

The EU AI Act does not prescribe a specific training. Since February 2025, however, it requires companies that use AI to promote the AI literacy of their staff. It does not set hours, content or a certificate. AI training is an obvious way to do this, and with us every person receives a certificate of attendance.

Do you offer AI training for agencies?

Yes. We show agencies how to bring AI agents, automation and AI content into their own work and into client projects. We tailor the training to your agency's services, on site or online.

How do you measure the value of AI?

Before the start we record how long a task takes today and what it costs. In operation we compare this with the figures of the AI application and show you time saved, costs saved and running costs in a regular report.

What if AI is not worth it for us?

Then we tell you openly, already in the initial consultation. We do not recommend a project that does not pay off for you.

What does AI support look like after the launch?

We keep your AI applications up to date, answer questions from the team and adjust workflows when something changes. A regular report shows you how your team uses the AI and which running costs arise.
